The Strike First UL Listed Class K fire extinguisher is designed for use on kitchen, restaurant, or commercial cooking appliances. The low Ph wet chemical agent and long release time effectively smothers and cools fires involving combustible cooking oil and grease.
It is intended to be used as a back-up for an automatic fire suppression system.
