The Ridgid 42878 238-P Powered Soil Pipe Cutter is powered by a 1/2" square impact driver or manually with a ratchet and features a patent pending torque limiter that protects the tool from overload. Forged steel body designed to handle harsh job site environments. It has an 8-inch diameter with impact driver or 4 inches with ratchet and mounts easily overhead at 13.5 lbs. It also features a fine adjustment knob for quick setup, outward facing articulating hooks that simplify attaching the chain and low profile cutter wheels which allow the chain to pass through tight clearance.
