The Ridgid 31632 Model 151 is a Quick-Acting Tubing Cutter with a pipe capacity of 1/4" to 1-5/8". This cutter features a quick-acting design, I-beam construction, hardened wear surfaces and thrust bearing slide assemblies for smooth operation. It features fold-away reamers and now comes with an X-CEL knob and X-CEL pin for quicker cutting and wheel replacement.
