The Ridgid 23488 Model PC-1250 cutter is an easy-to-use tool that can cut all types of plastic or rubber tubing and pipes from 1/8" up to 1-5/8" outside diameter. It comes with an X-cel blade which is quick to change and also has a reversible blade making it equal to two-times the blade life. With this cutter there is no ratcheting or twisting required. Also it has spring-loaded handles for faster positioning and has a compact size for easy storage.
